SALON POLICIES
For the mutual convenience of both our valued clients and our salon, we have established the following policies:
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any individual exhibiting disruptive, rude, or aggressive behavior.
- Health Disclosure: For your safety, any health issues, allergies, or conditions (such as diabetes) must be communicated to the nail technician before the service begins.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items, including gift cards, while you are at our premises.
- Pricing Confirmation: Our current prices are available on the menu. Please kindly confirm the total cost with your nail technician before the service commences.
- Appointments & Cancellations: We kindly request advance notice for all appointment cancellations to allow us to offer the time slot to other clients.
- Children in the Salon: If you bring children to your appointment, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety and the comfort of other guests.
- Refund & Service Guarantee — No Refunds: All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered; however, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service itself, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our absolute best to promptly remedy the situation.
